Evidence
Data only, no Java code: Horizon's mod browser imports its data; nothing for Kiln to run.
In the author's words
Improves sniffers by allowing them to naturally spawn in villages, increasing the variety of loot they can find beyond the current two useless flowers, and providing renewable sand.
Scan
Scanned on 4 November 2026 against Kiln 0.2.0, file better-sniffers-4.5.jar. The scan reads the mod's classes; it does not run them.
