Evidence

Server-side mod: Kiln runs mods' code on Horizon's single-player server, not on dedicated servers. No classes at the top level of the file (only nested jars); not scanned.

In the author's words

A Paper plugin and Fabric mod to extend the normal server view distance without sacrificing server performance

Scan

Scanned on 4 November 2026 against Kiln 0.2.0, file betterview-fabric-2.2.1.jar. The scan reads the mod's classes; it does not run them.
