Block Drops are Random
Calls something that is on Kiln's roadmap. Parts of it may already run.
Evidence
Ran on Kiln's test stand (2026-11-04): RandomDrops did not start: java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: Class net.fabricmc.fabric.api.loot.v3.LootTableEvents does not have member field 'net.fabricmc.fabric.api.event.Event MODIFY_DROPS'.
What it needs from Kiln
- Mixin
- net.fabricmc.fabric.api.loot.v3.LootTableEvents.ModifyDrops
- net.minecraft.world.level.storage.loot.LootContext
- net.minecraft.world.level.storage.loot.parameters.LootContextParams
- LootTableEvents.MODIFY_DROPS
- DefaultedRegistry.iterator()
- ServerLevel.getSeed()
- RandomSource.create()
- Items.BARRIER
- Items.CHAIN_COMMAND_BLOCK
- Items.COMMAND_BLOCK
- Items.COMMAND_BLOCK_MINECART
- Items.DEBUG_STICK
- Items.FILLED_MAP
- Items.GOAT_HORN
- Items.JIGSAW
- Items.KNOWLEDGE_BOOK
- Items.LIGHT
- Items.REPEATING_COMMAND_BLOCK
- Items.STRUCTURE_BLOCK
- Items.STRUCTURE_VOID
- Items.WRITTEN_BOOK
On the roadmap: Code next to data (0.3), Mixin (0.5)
In the author's words
