Ran on Kiln's test stand (2026-11-04): SubTickInputEngine did not start: java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: Class com.mojang.blaze3d.platform.InputConstants$Type does not have member field 'com.mojang.blaze3d.platform.InputConstants$Type KEYSYM'.

Eliminates input lag and lost clicks by capturing mouse and keyboard inputs at the render-frame level (FPS) instead of the 20 TPS tick rate. 100% Client-side.
