Evidence
Data only, no Java code: Horizon's mod browser imports its data; nothing for Kiln to run.
In the author's words
Makes Ancient Debris drop Fortune-scaled Netherite Scrap when mined with a Fortune pickaxe, while keeping normal block drops for Silk Touch and unenchanted picks.
Scan
Scanned on 4 November 2026 against Kiln 0.2.0, file debris-of-fortune-1.7.1.jar. The scan reads the mod's classes; it does not run them.
