Calls something that is on Kiln's roadmap. Parts of it may already run.

Ran on Kiln's test stand (2026-11-04): DisableEndPortals did not start: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: net/fabricmc/fabric/api/gamerule/v1/GameRuleBuilder.
