Ran on Kiln's test stand (2026-11-04): DisableLightingClient did not start: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: net/fabricmc/fabric/api/client/command/v2/ClientCommandRegistrationCallback.

Disables all lighting calculations. This allows for a fullbright that also improves performance.
