Factory Blocks

Calls something that is on Kiln's roadmap. Parts of it may already run.

Evidence

Ran on Kiln's test stand (2026-11-04): FactoryBlocksFabric did not start: java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: Class net.minecraft.world.level.block.Blocks does not have member field 'net.minecraft.world.level.block.Block IRON_BLOCK'.

What it needs from Kiln

net.minecraft.world.item.Item.TooltipContext
net.minecraft.world.phys.shapes.Shapes
FabricLoader.isModLoaded()
BlockItem.appendHoverText()
Level.hasNeighborSignal()
Blocks.IRON_BLOCK

On the roadmap: Minecraft's libraries and client API (0.2), Code next to data (0.3)

Scan

Scanned on 4 November 2026 against Kiln 0.2.0, file factory_blocks-fabric-1.4.2+mc26.3.jar. The scan reads the mod's classes; it does not run them.
