Ran on Kiln's test stand (2026-11-04): FixedLevels did not start: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: net/minecraft/server/MinecraftServer; FixedLevelsClient did not start: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: net/minecraft/network/protocol/common/custom/CustomPacketPayload.

In the author's words

Adds configuration options for experience levels. Set a flat amount of EXP required to reach each level or customize an EXP curve.
