GUI Tween

Calls something that is on Kiln's roadmap. Parts of it may already run.

Evidence

Ran on Kiln's test stand (2026-11-04): GUITweenClient did not start: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: net/minecraft/server/packs/resources/PreparableReloadListener.

What it needs from Kiln

  • Mixin
  • net.fabricmc.fabric.api.client.screen.v1.ScreenEvents
  • net.fabricmc.fabric.api.client.screen.v1.ScreenEvents.AfterExtract
  • net.fabricmc.fabric.api.client.screen.v1.ScreenEvents.AfterTick
  • net.fabricmc.fabric.api.client.screen.v1.ScreenEvents.BeforeInit
  • net.fabricmc.fabric.api.resource.v1.ResourceLoader
  • net.minecraft.client.gui.screens.inventory.AbstractContainerScreen
  • net.minecraft.client.gui.screens.inventory.CreativeModeInventoryScreen
  • net.minecraft.core.component.DataComponents
  • net.minecraft.resources.FileToIdConverter
  • net.minecraft.server.packs.PackType
  • net.minecraft.server.packs.resources.SimpleJsonResourceReloadListener
  • net.minecraft.util.Mth
  • net.minecraft.world.entity.player.Inventory
  • net.minecraft.world.inventory.AbstractContainerMenu
  • net.minecraft.world.inventory.Slot
  • net.minecraft.server.packs.resources.PreparableReloadListener
  • FabricLoader.isModLoaded()
  • Minecraft.getDeltaTracker()
  • GuiGraphicsExtractor.pose()
  • LocalPlayer.getInventory()
  • LocalPlayer.getUsedItemHand()
  • LocalPlayer.isUsingItem()
  • ItemStack.get()

On the roadmap: Minecraft's libraries and client API (0.2), Code next to data (0.3), Machines (0.4), Mixin (0.5)
