Evidence

Data only, no Java code: Horizon's mod browser imports its data; nothing for Kiln to run.

In the author's words

A datapack that applies various tweaks to the default Lost Cities generation using modern Minecraft blocks, adding additional buildings and interior details while keeping the original style.

Scan

Scanned on 4 November 2026 against Kiln 0.2.0, file lostcities-modern-tweaks-v6.0.0.jar. The scan reads the mod's classes; it does not run them.
