Calls something that is on Kiln's roadmap. Parts of it may already run.

Ran on Kiln's test stand (2026-11-04): MaceHitboxesClient did not start: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: net/minecraft/world/entity/Mob.

What it needs from Kiln

  • com.mojang.blaze3d.vertex.PoseStack.Pose
  • com.mojang.blaze3d.vertex.VertexConsumer
  • net.fabricmc.fabric.api.client.rendering.v1.level.LevelExtractionContext

  • net.fabricmc.fabric.api.client.rendering.v1.level.LevelExtractionEvents.EndExtraction

  • net.minecraft.client.Camera
  • net.minecraft.client.renderer.SubmitNodeCollector
  • net.minecraft.client.renderer.SubmitNodeCollector.CustomGeometryRenderer
  • net.minecraft.client.renderer.rendertype.RenderTypes
  • net.minecraft.world.entity.Mob
  • net.minecraft.world.entity.player.Inventory
  • net.minecraft.world.phys.AABB
  • ClientLevel.entitiesForRendering()
  • ClientLevel.players()
  • Entity.getBoundingBox()
  • Entity.getPosition()
  • Player.distanceTo()
  • Player.getEyePosition()
  • Player.getInventory()
  • Player.getViewVector()
  • Player.isInvisible()
  • ItemStack.is()
  • Items.MACE
  • Vec3.dot()
  • Vec3.normalize()
  • Vec3.subtract()

On the roadmap: Minecraft's libraries and client API (0.2), Code next to data (0.3)

In the author's words

Automatically turn on hitboxes when holding a mace, good for PvP
