MTD Offline Addon

Calls something that is on Kiln's roadmap. Parts of it may already run.

Ran on Kiln's test stand (2026-11-04) without the mods it depends on: it stopped at com.hiword9.mtd_offline_addon.MTDOfflineAddon, a class from another mod or library the stand did not have.
