NamServerSwitcher

Calls something that is on Kiln's roadmap. Parts of it may already run.

Evidence

Ran on Kiln's test stand (2026-11-04): ServerSwitcherClient did not start: java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: Class com.mojang.blaze3d.platform.InputConstants does not have member field 'com.mojang.blaze3d.platform.InputConstants$Key UNKNOWN'.

What it needs from Kiln

  • an access widener
  • Mixin
  • com.mojang.blaze3d.platform.InputConstants.Key
  • net.minecraft.client.gui.components.Button
  • net.minecraft.client.gui.components.Button.Builder
  • net.minecraft.client.gui.components.Button.OnPress
  • net.minecraft.client.gui.screens.ConnectScreen
  • net.minecraft.client.gui.screens.PauseScreen
  • net.minecraft.client.gui.screens.TitleScreen
  • net.minecraft.client.gui.screens.multiplayer.JoinMultiplayerScreen
  • net.minecraft.client.input.MouseButtonEvent
  • net.minecraft.client.multiplayer.ServerData
  • net.minecraft.client.multiplayer.ServerData.Type
  • net.minecraft.client.multiplayer.ServerList
  • net.minecraft.client.multiplayer.resolver.ServerAddress
  • InputConstants.UNKNOWN
  • Minecraft.getCurrentServer()
  • Font.plainSubstrByWidth()
  • GuiGraphicsExtractor.centeredText()
  • GuiGraphicsExtractor.disableScissor()
  • GuiGraphicsExtractor.enableScissor()
  • GuiGraphicsExtractor.outline()
  • Screen.mouseClicked()
  • Screen.mouseDragged()
  • Screen.mouseReleased()

On the roadmap: Minecraft's libraries and client API (0.2), Mixin (0.5)

In the author's words

Switch saved servers from the pause menu with mouse-wheel scrolling, a draggable scrollbar, and immediate disconnect before joining.
