Evidence
Server-side mod: Kiln runs mods' code on Horizon's single-player server, not on dedicated servers. Data only, no Java code: Horizon's mod browser imports its data; nothing for Kiln to run.
In the author's words
Just a MOD's Link Provider in description with installed Mods menu Detector.
Scan
Scanned on 4 November 2026 against Kiln 0.2.0, file NobieLink-26.3-1.0.2.jar. The scan reads the mod's classes; it does not run them.
