Place on Path (PoP)
Calls something that is on Kiln's roadmap. Parts of it may already run.
Evidence
Ran on Kiln's test stand (2026-11-04): PlaceonpathFabric did not start: java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: Class net.minecraft.core.registries.BuiltInRegistries does not have member field 'net.minecraft.core.Registry REGISTRY'.
What it needs from Kiln
- Mixin
- net.minecraft.world.level.material.MapColor
- Blocks.DIRT_PATH
- SoundType.GRAVEL
- BlockBehaviour.Properties.mapColor()
On the roadmap: Code next to data (0.3), Mixin (0.5)
In the author's words
Place any block on a path and the path stays - it's swapped for a seamless full‑height version, so there's no ugly gap to the block on top. Remove the block and it turns back into a normal path.
Scan
Scanned on 4 November 2026 against Kiln 0.2.0, file placeonpath-fabric-1.2.0-26.3.jar. The scan reads the mod's classes; it does not run them.
