Profanity Filter
Calls something that is on Kiln's roadmap. Parts of it may already run.
Evidence
Ran on Kiln's test stand (2026-11-04): ProfanityFilter did not start: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: net/fabricmc/fabric/api/message/v1/ServerMessageEvents$AllowChatMessage.
What it needs from Kiln
- Mixin
- com.mojang.authlib.GameProfile
- net.fabricmc.fabric.api.command.v2.CommandRegistrationCallback
- net.fabricmc.fabric.api.message.v1.ServerMessageEvents
- net.fabricmc.fabric.api.message.v1.ServerMessageEvents.AllowChatMessage
- net.minecraft.commands.CommandSourceStack
- net.minecraft.commands.Commands
- net.minecraft.commands.Commands.CommandSelection
- net.minecraft.network.chat.ChatType
- net.minecraft.network.chat.ChatType.Bound
- net.minecraft.network.chat.PlayerChatMessage
- net.minecraft.server.MinecraftServer
- net.minecraft.server.network.ServerGamePacketListenerImpl
- net.minecraft.server.players.NameAndId
- net.minecraft.server.players.PlayerList
- ServerLevel.getServer()
- ServerPlayer.connection
- ServerPlayer.getGameProfile()
On the roadmap: Minecraft's libraries and client API (0.2), Code next to data (0.3), Mixin (0.5)
In the author's words
Server-side profanity filter that blocks flagged chat, warns repeat offenders, and escalates to kicks and bans.
