Evidence
Data only, no Java code: Horizon's mod browser imports its data; nothing for Kiln to run.
In the author's words
Random blocks begin falling from the sky, turning the world into a chaotic and ever-changing survival challenge. Adapt quickly, dodge the falling blocks, and use the unpredictable terrain to your advantage!
Scan
Scanned on 4 November 2026 against Kiln 0.2.0, file rains-random-blocks-1.2.0.jar. The scan reads the mod's classes; it does not run them.
