Evidence
Data only, no Java code: Horizon's mod browser imports its data; nothing for Kiln to run.
In the author's words
Every item in Minecraft can randomly rain from the sky. Survive the chaos, collect rare loot, and customize the rain speed to create your own challenge.
Scan
Scanned on 4 November 2026 against Kiln 0.2.0, file rains-random-items-1.2.0.jar. The scan reads the mod's classes; it does not run them.
