Random Drops
Calls something that is on Kiln's roadmap. Parts of it may already run.
Evidence
Ran on Kiln's test stand (2026-11-04): RandomDrops did not start: java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: Class net.fabricmc.fabric.api.loot.v3.LootTableEvents does not have member field 'net.fabricmc.fabric.api.event.Event MODIFY_DROPS'.
What it needs from Kiln
- net.fabricmc.fabric.api.command.v2.CommandRegistrationCallback
- net.fabricmc.fabric.api.loot.v3.LootTableEvents.ModifyDrops
- net.minecraft.commands.CommandSourceStack
- net.minecraft.commands.Commands
- net.minecraft.commands.Commands.CommandSelection
- net.minecraft.server.permissions.PermissionSet
- net.minecraft.server.permissions.Permissions
- net.minecraft.world.level.storage.loot.LootContext
- net.minecraft.world.level.storage.loot.parameters.LootContextParams
- LootTableEvents.MODIFY_DROPS
On the roadmap: Code next to data (0.3)
In the author's words
Destroy any block, (almost) any way and someday, mobs too, and get a random drop!
Scan
Scanned on 4 November 2026 against Kiln 0.2.0, file randomdrops-1.1.6.jar. The scan reads the mod's classes; it does not run them.
