Tip of the Loom
Calls something that is on Kiln's roadmap. Parts of it may already run.
Evidence
Ran on Kiln's test stand (2026-11-04): TipOfTheLoomFabricClient did not start: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: net/minecraft/network/chat/Style.
What it needs from Kiln
- Mixin
- net.minecraft.network.chat.Style
- net.minecraft.world.item.DyeColor
- net.minecraft.world.item.TooltipFlag
- net.minecraft.world.level.block.entity.BannerPattern
- org.apache.commons.lang3.StringUtils
- MutableComponent.withStyle()
On the roadmap: Minecraft's libraries and client API (0.2), Code next to data (0.3), Machines (0.4), Mixin (0.5)
In the author's words
Adds tooltips to banner pattern buttons in the loom.
Scan
Scanned on 4 November 2026 against Kiln 0.2.0, file TipOfTheLoom-fabric-MC26.3-26.3.0.1.jar. The scan reads the mod's classes; it does not run them.
