Calls something that is on Kiln's roadmap. Parts of it may already run.
Evidence
Ran on Kiln's test stand (2026-11-04): TransformableItemsInitializer did not start: java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: Class net.minecraft.client.Minecraft does not have member field 'java.io.File gameDirectory'.

In the author's words
Lets you move and resize held items, with the additional option of disabling Item Height Animations(Held item moving up and down when switching items or attacking)
