Evidence

Data only, no Java code: Horizon's mod browser imports its data; nothing for Kiln to run.

In the author's words

A datapack / mod that allows you to extract (split) enchantments from an enchanted book to two enchanted books. It also allows you to extract (remove) enchantment from an item to the enchanted book.

Scan

Scanned on 4 November 2026 against Kiln 0.2.0, file universal-enchantment-splitter-1.1.1.jar. The scan reads the mod's classes; it does not run them.
