Unobtainable Blocks
Calls something that is on Kiln's roadmap. Parts of it may already run.
Evidence
Ran on Kiln's test stand (2026-11-04): UnobtainableBlocks did not start: java.lang.NoSuchFieldError: Class net.minecraft.world.level.block.Blocks does not have member field 'net.minecraft.world.level.block.Block NETHER_PORTAL'.
What it needs from Kiln
- Items.PETRIFIED_OAK_SLAB
- Blocks.END_GATEWAY
- Blocks.END_PORTAL
- Blocks.FIRE
- Blocks.LAVA
- Blocks.NETHER_PORTAL
- Blocks.SOUL_FIRE
On the roadmap: Code next to data (0.3)
In the author's words
Adds items for normally unobtainable blocks, like nether portals and fire.
Scan
Scanned on 4 November 2026 against Kiln 0.2.0, file unobtainableblocks-1.4.0+mc26.3.jar. The scan reads the mod's classes; it does not run them.
