Vignette Tweaks (Damage Tint + More)
Calls something that is on Kiln's roadmap. Parts of it may already run.
Evidence
Ran on Kiln's test stand (2026-11-04) without the mods it depends on: it stopped at org.polyfrost.oneconfig.api.config.v1.Config, a class from another mod or library the stand did not have.
