Ran on Kiln's test stand (2026-11-04): Init did not start: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: net/fabricmc/fabric/api/gamerule/v1/GameRuleBuilder.

Fixes vanilla bug where withers forget their targets. Can also prevent blue skulls.
